Codesphere is hiring a Technical Bid Manager to own the end-to-end tender lifecycle for complex, regulated cloud and infrastructure projects. The role involves analyzing tender requirements, developing solution concepts, writing substantial proposal content, coordinating contributions across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and external partners, and managing clarification rounds. Candidates should have experience with complex B2B, enterprise, or public-sector tenders, a strong technical background, cloud and security knowledge, strong writing and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in German and English. The position is based near Karlsruhe or Munich with a hybrid setup.
