The Technical Bodywork Advisor / Damage Claims Handler coordinates damage cases from initiation through completion, serving as the link between customers, insurers, and technical teams. Responsibilities include preparing digital damage assessments, photos, reports, and price quotations; following up on replacement cars and scheduling; managing claims files in PlanManager, Cavalato, Car-Pass, and Informex Claims360; and communicating progress. The role is full-time, daytime, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening work, and offers a gross monthly salary of €2,800–€3,600 plus benefits.
