Description
The role designs, tenders, and plans building services systems such as HVAC or electrical engineering in accordance with HOAI, contributes to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, coordinates with architects and specialist planners, supports and supervises on-site implementation, and manages partial or entire technical building services projects. It requires a degree or comparable technical qualification in energy, supply, mechanical, or electrical engineering, technical understanding, CAD skills, and planning and consulting experience.
