Description
The role plans and manages technical building services for complex data center projects across all HOAI service phases. Responsibilities include engineering and dimensioning electrical, energy, HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, and safety systems; leading project meetings; coordinating subcontractors; supporting vendor selection and negotiations; monitoring quality, budgets, and schedules; and preparing project documentation and invoicing. The position requires an engineering or state-certified technician qualification, experience with construction measures in existing or new buildings, strong communication and analytical skills, German proficiency, and knowledge of MS Office and CAD programs.
