Caverion is seeking a technical building-services project manager to plan, process, and manage projects focused on refrigeration technology, including cleanroom outfitting and fire-safe wooden structures. The role supports installation leadership, customer advising, offer creation, defect rectification, documentation, and subcontractor and supplier negotiations, while emphasizing cost, quality, schedule, occupational safety, and change processes. Candidates should have further training or a relevant degree in building services, building technology, refrigeration or air-conditioning technology, several years of professional experience in a related field, and very good German language skills.
