Description
The Technical Business Analyst will support the implementation of technical IT solutions for the Michigan Judicial Information Services MiFile team, translating court and stakeholder business needs into user stories, workflows, business rules, and functional requirements. The role works in an Agile environment, coordinates development and implementation projects, tests and validates systems, supports applications and integrations, and provides client support. It is a full-time remote position requiring at least two monthly trips to Lansing, Michigan, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, three years of relevant experience, and preferred Michigan trial court and Hyland OnBase experience.
