Jack Henry is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support software development lifecycle activities in financial services. The role gathers, analyzes, and documents business and system requirements; creates user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications; liaises among customers, business stakeholders, quality assurance, and programming teams; supports process redesign, testing, production migration, and project documentation. The position is remote within the United States except California and requires at least four years of relevant business analysis experience plus experience with Symitar, Core Director, SilverLake, or CIF 20/20.
