Description
4over is hiring a collaborative and analytical Technical Business Analyst to support business transformation through technology by gathering requirements, improving processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting enterprise systems such as eCommerce storefronts and internal business applications. The role works closely with Product, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to document requirements, facilitate testing and implementation, analyze data, support change management, and improve workflows. The position is full-time, based on a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k), and PTO.
