sg360° is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to identify and advance AI, automation, analytics, and workflow modernization opportunities. The role analyzes business processes, systems, data flows, and integration points; translates needs into requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria; supports AI-enabled solution development and testing; and partners with business, technology, project, QA, and leadership teams through delivery and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least five years of technology-focused business analysis experience, with AI, automation, and digital transformation experience preferred. The salary is $100,000–$110,000 annually, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship.
