Description
Symitar Project Implementations is hiring a remote Symitar Project Implementation Specialist to work with credit union staff on implementing Integrated Solutions and core module products and processes. The role analyzes existing systems, maps them to Jack Henry products, prepares customers for installation, performs system setup, provides software support and training, communicates customer needs, resolves issues, and prepares documentation. Candidates need at least five years of financial institution or FinTech experience, two years of ACH experience, and two years of Symitar experience; previous application analysis or product management experience is preferred. The position is primarily weekday-based, with possible weekend and holiday work, and candidates must live within approximately 70 miles of one of the listed office locations.
