Sword is hiring a Technical Business Analyst (Maximo) to optimise and enhance enterprise asset management and mobile applications. The role involves translating business requirements into application solutions, configuring and testing enhancements and releases, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting integrations and data flows, improving user adoption, and collaborating with operational, technical, and vendor teams. The position requires significant enterprise mobile application experience, IBM Maximo Mobile or Maximo Application Suite experience, knowledge of enterprise asset management and field operations, and experience with application testing, releases, and change management.
