Description
Gurobi Optimization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather and analyze business and functional requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, create user stories and process documentation, partner with developers and stakeholders, lead user acceptance testing, and support quality assurance and system testing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 6–8+ years of business systems or technical business analysis experience, at least four years of Salesforce experience, and familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations such as NetSuite and MuleSoft, along with SQL, Agile/Scrum, and Microsoft Office skills.
