Synechron is hiring a Business Analyst – Technical (VisionPLUS) for its Gurgaon work-from-office team. The role requires at least five years of business analysis experience, hands-on VisionPLUS application knowledge, and expertise in the cards and payments domain. Responsibilities include gathering and translating business requirements, analyzing VisionPLUS applications and payment systems, preparing functional documentation, coordinating UAT and defect management, supporting production incidents, and ensuring enhancements, integrations, and upgrades are delivered successfully.
