OKS Spezialschmierstoffe GmbH is hiring a Technical Business Coordinator in Maisach to serve as the central contact for customer relationships within the Freudenberg Group. The role manages customer items, projects, claims, and complaints; coordinates production, procurement, and laboratory interfaces; maintains customer master data; sets up and controls project workflows; and develops reports, forecasts, and process improvements. Candidates should have commercial or technical training, customer or stakeholder experience, project management experience, strong German and English skills, and willingness for occasional business trips within Germany.
