Quandela is seeking a Technical Chief of Staff to support the CTO and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) in executing the company's technical and scientific strategy. This role involves coordinating strategic initiatives across research, product, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment between scientific objectives and operational execution. The individual will strengthen the execution and coordination of technical strategies, improve tracking and governance of key initiatives, and accelerate cross-team execution to maintain scientific and technical excellence during rapid scaling.
