Holzindustrie Dresden GmbH is hiring a full-time Technical Clerical Assistant for Work Preparation / Production Preparation in Heidenau. The role prepares calculated wooden structures for production, creates and maintains bills of materials, master data, and production documents, translates technical requirements into work documents, coordinates with work preparation, costing, and production, and helps modernize workflows. The position requires computer and Office proficiency, especially Excel, technical understanding, independent and reliable work, and the ability to coordinate across departments; a technical, craft, or commercial qualification is an advantage, while experience in work preparation, production planning, data maintenance, or bill-of-materials handling is welcome.
