The role owns the technical build, engineering foundation, product decisions, and early traction, while Repeat Builders provides capital, equity, embedded support, and a shared office. Candidates should have shipped real products, used AI coding and agent tools, and made consequential technical or product decisions under uncertainty. The venture follows a two-year arc, with founders paid from A$3m of committed capital and 30% equity allocated to the founding team.
