Capgemini is hiring a Technical Coaching Engineer in Gifu, Japan. The role provides one-on-one and group coaching, technical training, documentation support, capability assessments, development planning, workshops, technical guidance, and mentoring for engineering teams. It requires a computer science or software engineering degree, at least seven years of coaching or engineering experience, technical-team mentoring experience, strong communication and analytical skills, knowledge of 3DExperience, and native or business-level Japanese. The position is fully on-site in Gifu five days per week, with no hybrid work or business travel.
