Guardian Glass is hiring a Technical Coater Manager to lead technical excellence, process stability, safety, quality, throughput, and continuous improvement across two coater lines at its Częstochowa manufacturing facility. The role partners with production, engineering, maintenance, and other teams; owns coater-area performance; supports 24/7 operations; and requires leadership, analytical and engineering problem-solving, and experience in glass or high-temperature manufacturing. Knowledge of thin-film optical processes, sputtering, vacuum processes, and related equipment is advantageous.
