Description
The Energy Renovation Advisor will build a professional network in Belgium’s energy renovation sector, maintain relationships with property managers, architects, and engineering firms, prospect for new projects, collaborate with engineering on technical issues, guide commercial processes from initial contact through final order, support business development, monitor energy-efficiency trends and legislation, and manage renovation roadmaps for co-ownership associations. The role requires relevant commercial experience in construction or renovation, a combination of technical insight and commercial ability, fluency in Dutch and French, independent analytical and persuasive negotiation skills, and the ability to travel.
