RAFF Plastics is hiring a Technical-Commercial Manager to manage the full commercial process for its recycled-plastic business, including purchasing waste materials and auxiliary inputs, negotiating supplier terms, selling granules to approximately 20 major customers, managing customer relationships, coordinating with production, monitoring margins and market conditions, and leading two colleagues. The role reports to the CEO and requires strong negotiation, production and logistics insight, Dutch and English fluency, and the ability to travel; the company is based in Houthulst.
