Description
Stadtwerke Potsdam GmbH is hiring a Technical Concept Developer for innovative district heating solutions. The role develops heating and energy supply concepts for buildings and residential quarters, including district heating substations, heat pumps, power generation systems, and renewable energy integration. It also covers project planning, technical specifications, tender preparation, HVAC/GIS plan review, construction supervision, commissioning, customer advice, profitability analyses, feasibility studies, and compliance with technical, legal, safety, and environmental standards. The position requires a completed degree in supply, energy, or building services engineering, expertise in heating, cooling, and district or quarter supply, knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and CAD or planning-tool experience. It is a permanent position with 38 hours per week, tariff-based pay, vacation, and other employee benefits.
