Description
The client, based in Monthey, is seeking an FM Site Manager to oversee a client site, process Planon tickets, manage administrative tasks, install, commission, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, diagnose breakdowns, supervise cleaning teams, advise clients, and handle complaints. The role also includes on-call service, call-outs, and small outdoor tasks such as snow removal, green-space maintenance, and surface cleaning. Candidates need experience in building technology, maintenance, or facility management, strong HVAC knowledge, French proficiency, a driving license and vehicle, regional residence, and a clean criminal and debt-enforcement record.
