Description
Eram Talent is seeking a Technical Construction Advisor to provide expert guidance on warehouse and institutional-grade logistics facility construction projects. The role covers design, procurement, contracts, technical specifications, regulatory compliance, 3PL operational requirements, project plans, site visits, and technical reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 15–20 years of experience designing and delivering grade-A logistics facilities across EMEA and the GCC, and knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, sustainability, ESG compliance, turnkey construction, and major 3PL operators. The expected commitment is 2–3 days per week over a 12-month period.
