The role supports multiple Aptitude products and diverse clients, helping match client requirements to product capabilities while following delivery and support best practices. The consultant will develop technical and consulting skills, contribute to internal communications, work on client premises when needed, travel domestically or internationally, and provide flexible standby support across evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position uses a hybrid model with employees expected in the local office two days per week and includes private healthcare, insurance, a profit-related bonus, and other benefits.
