The role focuses on welcoming customers, managing service orders and schedules, communicating progress and pricing, checking vehicle condition, coordinating service execution, closing orders and invoices, and ensuring a transparent and organized service experience. The position requires high school completion, a Class B driver’s license, vehicle mechanics knowledge, process management, customer service, customer orientation, and problem-solving.
