The role provides technical troubleshooting, system administration, geodatabase configuration, customer onboarding, solution design, knowledge-base documentation, and technical mentorship. It requires at least five years of GIS technical support, system administration, or consulting experience, three years of ArcGIS Enterprise experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field, and United States citizenship. The position is onsite in the Redlands, California area, with relocation assistance available, and offers a base salary of $84,240 to $142,480 USD.
