AHEAD is hiring a Technical Consultant for its Modern Apps practice to deliver hands-on software development across client engagements. The role owns features, components, and small workstreams end to end, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, deploying, reviewing, documenting, and presenting work. It requires strong software engineering ability, proficiency in a second language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python, experience with modern application and API development, automated testing, cloud-native services, CI/CD, security, and AI-assisted development tools. The position also coaches junior consultants and offers flexible work arrangements and health insurance for employees in India.
