AHEAD is hiring a Technical Consultant – ServiceNow to customize and configure ServiceNow applications, develop integrations and custom portals, translate client requirements into development tasks, conduct workshops and demos, and deliver scalable ServiceNow Core and AI solutions. The role requires at least four years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, and Integrations, and experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities.
