Description
The Technical Consultant – ServiceNow will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of ServiceNow CMDB architecture, Discovery, and enterprise integrations. The role focuses 70–80% on CMDB, ITOM, and integration capabilities, with secondary exposure to ITSM and other modules. Responsibilities include CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, health checks, custom scripting, troubleshooting, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery. The position requires at least four years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience, with strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integrations, along with JavaScript and Glide API skills.
