Lam Research is hiring a Logistics Training Specialist for a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role develops and manages logistics training content, including SOPs, job aids, WBT, ILT, e-learning, videos, and multimedia; applies instructional-design principles; supports classroom, virtual, and blended delivery; and maintains training libraries and LMS content. Candidates need a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of instructional-design, content-development, or technical-writing experience, and proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and LMS platforms. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work model.
