As a Technical Contract Specialist (m/w/d), you will combine technical understanding with deep knowledge of construction law to actively guide the successful implementation of complex turnkey projects. You will serve as the central contact for all contract-related questions throughout the entire project lifecycle - from offer and award phases to construction execution and warranty. Through your expert advice, professional contract and claims management, and structured risk analysis, you will make significant contributions to economic security and successful realization of our projects.
