Description
The employer is seeking a Technical Controller for employee leasing in Kiel to support the technical steering of complex naval shipbuilding projects and programs. The role develops and maintains technical KPIs and dashboards, prepares performance reports, identifies risks, determines completion levels, consolidates project status, updates forecasts, analyzes deviations, and supports root-cause analyses and improvement measures. Candidates need a degree in business engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification, relevant project planning and control experience, naval shipbuilding or comparable technical knowledge, strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and structured analytical and communication abilities. The position offers up to 50% remote work and is based at a centrally located site in Kiel.
