Description
The employer is hiring a Technical Controller (m/f/d) for temporary staff leasing in Kiel to support the technical steering of complex marine shipbuilding projects and programs. The role develops and aligns technical KPIs, creates performance reports and dashboards, monitors delivery completion and project forecasts, identifies technical risks, conducts controlling rounds and root-cause analyses, and supports escalations. Candidates need a degree in business engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification, relevant project planning and management experience, marine shipbuilding or comparable technical knowledge, strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. The position offers up to 50% remote work and is based at a centrally located site in Kiel.
