The role monitors construction project financial status, cost and revenue development, reporting data, monthly performance reports, activity cost estimates, cost variance analyses, and corrective measures. Candidates need civil engineering or comparable technical training, project-controlling experience, cost-estimation and invoicing/settlement experience, construction-controlling software experience, MS Office and SAP knowledge, and willingness to travel to projects.
