Description
NCIA is hiring a Technical Coordination Officer for CSU Bodø to coordinate the resolution of complex incidents and problems, develop and test incident-management procedures, investigate high-impact issues, facilitate service recovery, analyse recurring causes, monitor service delivery, provide specialist technical advice, support availability and disaster-recovery management, and maintain knowledge systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline with two years of post-related experience or six years of extensive expertise, at least two years of ICT end-systems experience, extensive hardware and software configuration experience, ITIL Foundation and relevant Oracle Linux, Microsoft server or Cisco network training or certification, and knowledge of one NATO language. The position is part of NCIA's expansion into a developing duty location and may require autonomy and evolving operational arrangements.
