Rooyse Wissel is hiring a Technical Coordinator for its Housing Department to coordinate technical projects and maintenance, monitor schedules and quality, prepare multi-year maintenance plans and investment proposals, manage the Building Management System, and coordinate with suppliers, colleagues, and external stakeholders. The role requires a technical MBO level 4 qualification, knowledge of building installations and maintenance, experience with maintenance schedules or multi-year maintenance plans, and the ability to translate technical information clearly. It is a 36-hour position paying €3,180–€4,273 gross per month, with additional leave, bonuses, and a balance budget.
