Freeport-McMoRan is hiring an Industrial Reliability Engineer to provide advanced technical expertise and field support for complex maintenance, equipment rebuilds, repairs, preservation programs, and capital acquisitions. The role partners with external repair providers, audits rebuild quality, assesses warehouse preservation programs, leads Factory Acceptance Testing, analyzes equipment failures, and implements corrective and preventive actions. It requires a high school diploma or GED and seven years of mining or manufacturing maintenance or operations experience, including project management experience. The position is hybrid, based in Phoenix, and offers a base salary of $75,000-$104,000 plus benefits.
