SAA is hiring a Technical Coordinator to develop architectural designs, prepare construction details, interpret sketches and specifications, and check drawings for planning and building-regulation compliance. The role coordinates regulatory submissions, liaises with consultants, assists with site inspections, and may supervise junior technical coordinators. It may also include document-control responsibilities for drawings, BIM models, and project records. Candidates need 2–7 years of relevant experience, a diploma in architecture or equivalent, knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and building codes, and strong organisational and collaborative skills.
