Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an onsite Technical Courseware Developer to create, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing technical content for networking, cloud services, automation, and related products. The role includes producing concepts, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, course modules, hands-on labs, in-product help, and documentation; collaborating with subject-matter experts; analyzing product specifications; and using AI tools to scale content while maintaining quality. Candidates need at least five years of technical content experience, a relevant degree, strong networking and cloud knowledge, hands-on product experience, and familiarity with XML, content management, and courseware development tools.
