Freshworks is hiring a Technical Curriculum Developer for its Revenue Enablement team to create technical learning experiences for partners, solution engineers, professional services, and other customer-facing technical audiences. The role involves designing eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths; translating complex SaaS concepts into practical content; collaborating with technical subject matter experts; and measuring learning effectiveness. It is a hybrid position based in San Mateo, California, with three days per week in the office, and offers an annual base salary of $115,000 to $150,000 USD plus a target bonus and other benefits.
