Freshworks is hiring a Technical Curriculum Developer for its Revenue Enablement team to create technical learning experiences for Partner Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and other customer-facing technical roles. The role involves designing eLearning, certifications, assessments, simulations, videos, job aids, and learning paths; translating complex SaaS concepts into practical content; collaborating with technical subject matter experts; and measuring learning effectiveness. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Downtown Boston office, with an annual base salary of $110,000 to $142,000 and eligibility for a target bonus.
