Voltus is hiring a full-time Technical Customer Advisor in Bad Schwartau to advise private and business customers by phone, chat, and email; identify requirements; explain KNX and DALI solutions; manage business customers and credit limits; prepare commercial offers and orders; and coordinate ticket-system processing. The role requires technical understanding combined with commercial thinking, with electronics training or a commercial background and an affinity for technology preferred.
