Henkel is hiring a Technical Customer Sales Manager to provide technical and commercial support to customers in Southern Germany, manage projects, identify adhesive and coating optimization opportunities, conduct plant trials, develop proposals, and expand customer relationships. The role requires a master’s degree or comparable qualification, at least five years of professional experience in packaging, printing, or laminating technology, strong technical knowledge of adhesive or coating technologies, fluent German and English, and willingness to travel or relocate to Bavaria or Baden-Württemberg.
