Profitero+ is hiring a full-time Technical Data Operations Manager to lead and develop a Technical Data Operations team within an assigned workstream. The role owns workstream planning, prioritisation, delivery quality, resource allocation, escalation management, stakeholder communication, and operational improvements across BAU operations and new client implementations. It requires at least three years of team-management experience, people-development experience, operational delivery experience, and Excel proficiency, and is based in Winnersh Triangle, Reading, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office.
