Lyntris is hiring an experienced Technical Debt Engineer/Software Sustainment Engineer to debug, analyze, refactor, and sustain complex software systems in defense and mission-critical environments. The role focuses on root cause analysis, technical debt remediation, software quality, CI/CD, DevOps, interoperability, and collaboration with developers, systems engineers, architects, and government stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least five years of relevant software-sustainment experience, strong debugging and DevOps skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
