Description
The Technical Delivery Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the Sponsor, overseeing software and infrastructure project efforts under a Statement of Work. The role manages development-team workloads, reports team status to stakeholders, communicates with mission partners, monitors multiple concurrent projects, identifies and mitigates risks, and manages projects through accreditation and Authority to Operate processes. The position requires a TS/SCI FSP clearance and extensive experience with Agile project management, Jira, enterprise projects, customer communication, risk management, and technical delivery.
