Description
Orange Cyberdefense is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager for its MSS Engine team in Utrecht. The role serves as the internal technical contact for MSS Engine services to specific customers, manages customer environments, documentation, use cases, escalation processes, and service quality, while also contributing to SOC/NOC activities such as security incident analysis and detection-method development. The position requires an HBO-level background in informatics, cybersecurity, or a related field, security-operations experience, knowledge of Windows, Linux, networks, firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and security tooling, and strong communication skills. It is a hybrid role combining home and office work.
