The role supports engineering delivery execution, book-of-work governance, Agile and Scrum practices, capacity and resource planning, KPI tracking, change management, vendor contracts, and alignment with budget and strategic goals. It requires at least five years of experience leading engineering delivery or a large global organization, portfolio management experience, stakeholder influence, project and program management knowledge, Agile and Scaled Agile methodology, and strong facilitation and communication skills.
