Description
The Technical Design Manager leads product engineering for the Title Nine in-house apparel and swim brand, translating design intent into commercialized products while owning fit, quality, construction, grading, specifications, and carryover fit governance. The role manages the Tech Design team and vendors, oversees sample development through production approval, maintains PLM and 3D standards, analyzes return and customer-fit data, and partners with Design, Merchandising, Materials, Sourcing, and Product Development to meet cost, margin, and quality objectives. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience, at least seven years of apparel technical design or product development experience, and experience with patternmaking, grading, PLM systems, and team management.
